We do not accept returns for a change of mind or simply because a product is no longer required. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law or where a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.
3. Exchange Policy
An exchange may be considered only if:
- You receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product.
- You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You provide your order number, clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the package and product.
Once we review your request, we will confirm whether an exchange is approved. Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

Keep the original packaging until your request has been reviewed.
