Exchange Policy

No Returns – We do not offer returns under any circumstances.

Exchange Conditions

An exchange will only be processed if the product received is damaged, and the following conditions are met:

1. You must share clear pictures and a video of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
2. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once your request is verified, we will send you a replacement for the same product.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• If you refuse to accept a COD order or return it at the time of delivery, you will be charged INR 30 as a handling fee.
• Future COD orders may be refused if previous COD parcels are returned without a valid reason.
